Yes, you will be entitled on those transactions, up to RM100 cash rebate, as long as the prerequisite 10xRM50 been met.

I have question... when I signed up for the WISE card, the staff told me that to get the 10 time RM50 swipe by 25th of each month as the latter ones may not be counted. If I swipe RM50 on 30 of the month, will it be counted as 1 swipe for the coming month or the 10 swipe must happen between 1st to 25 only, how about the rebate?

all based on posting date.

for me, shortest posting period is 1 day after transaction. if u managed to swipe on 30th and posted on 31st (e.g. October month), you're lucky. it's all merchant dependent, though.

sometimes it got posted 2 days after. in this scenario, your swipe on the 30th would've gone into November count as well as the cashback.

HLB's agent advice is the same as what they told me. swipe before 25th/26th so that all relevant postings are within current month.

Swipe at HLB merchants such as Sushi King and Tai Thong, you will get the same transaction & posting date. But at the end, like you said, it's all depend on the merchant.

Most might not be aware but whenever the aquiring bank is also the card issuer, you will have trnx with same day posting. For those who are short of the 10x requirements at the end of the month, there are places you can use your cards to salvage your cashback. For grocery, go to The Store supermarket. For dining, go to Sushi King or Tai Thong. But remember ! Same day posting requires the merchant to do settlement by 11pm .

Today I've noticed one thing, the rebate is credited before the statement date... Reached the cap though.

I wonder normally does the rebate credited as soon as we reached the RM100 cap, regardless of statement date?

From my past experience, your logic not 100% can work.
So is still better to do all the 10 transactions before 22nd, simple.
As of 3rd day of the month, I already spent rm700. Will complete the rm1000 by Wednesday icon_rolleyes.gif

So the 28th is regardless of statement date and the cap?

Btw, let's say if I use the card to pump petrol on 30th of the month, would hlb credit the resulting rebate to my next statement?

if you pump on 30th oct and posted on 1st nov, then the cb will use up your nov cb and be credited on 28th dec.
