also I remember that some expert here mention to use local login

are you using local login or email account?

local login should and would log you into your system faster

hence you should wait less for that circle thing

if you are already using local account then maybe this will help a bit more

after logging in RIGHT CLICK the START ICON (right side bottom)
then click COMPUTER MANAGEMENT -- Services and Application - select SERVICES

then disable services which are hogging your resources. lot of services whose startup type are “Automatic” or “Automatic (Delayed Start)“. Some of them can be safely turned to “Manual” or “Disabled”.

then try to read and follow these advice (which is originally for win8 but win10 applicable as well)
http://www.blackviper.com/service-configur...configurations/

if you are still too lazy to do all these then find and download or buy Yamicosoft's Windows 10 manager

http://www.yamicsoft.com/windows10manager/index.html

click here click there it will OPTIMIZE your Win 10 and you wont have to wait 5 mins like me anymore

I just am a poorfag I have the knowledge but no moolah to buy

youre not like me I'm sure
*
will try these out as well. thanks for heads up.

i'm not familiar with how msa works in w10, so i am not able to help. (msa, as of now, is not so useful to me) alternatively, if you don't use features that depend on internet connectivity, i think it's better for you to switch to local user account.

by now, we should all realize that not all w10 upgrades are seamless. this almost always means your computer performance will be affected after upgrade, and eventually your experience with it. imo the better practice is that once you have confirmed that your new os is activated successfully (i.e. marked as qualified for digital entitlement by ms server), wait for a week or two, then do a clean install of w10 and start over.

hi..

i upgrade to win 10 last friday but i downgrade to win 7 two days later because some softwares for my work didn't function.
but now, i guess i got time to find solution for those softwares to start working in win 10.
so, i think i want to try to upgrade to win 10 again. if things not working like i plan, & if i want to downgrade to win 7 again, is it possible? (downgrade for the 2nd time)
if so, the 30 days period start when i upgrade last friday? or is it start when i upgrade for the 2nd time?

thanks

not sure, but imo it should start when ms server has collected the hardware id of your computer during a successful upgrade. (which means last Friday)

as long as you do the downgrade within the 30-day period, it should be fine.

you can actually downgrade to win 8.1 if you rege after 30 days. This is what happened to my cousin. She called the MS support , and activated back her win 8.1 now . She's using 8.1 now

in terms of consumer space, there are not much difference from previous release versions. it's more like a maintenance release tbh. visually there are few changes. functionally, there are changes/improvements/enhancements in certain areas, but unless you use those areas frequently, you will notice nothing significant. for instance, if you're using bitlocker, 1511 uses 2 new encryption methods, 1 for fixed os/data drives (xts-aes; 128 and 256bit), 1 for removable or drives that you might wanna use in older versions of windows os (aes-cbc; 128 and 256bit).

imo the major thing in 1511 release is about enterprise space.

er don't see what around anymore? the cheapest path is free if your current os is qualified for upgrade (w7sp1 or w8.1).
