Anybody know what is the promo package like? and the pricing?

11% discount and about 750psf before discount. Fully furnished with even the TV unit given. I think its a concept buy and with the LRT and mall i cant see it going wrong. This is my second purchase and i think its a good one. The crowd was crazy

bought my unit. The once facing jewel finished first. Crowd was too heavy to stay and wait. But when i left almost 250 units sold. I think they should sell out over the weekend. Show room was great.

Is Liberty Tower all soho (studio type) or there is two bedroom unit? Tomorrow still got 11% discount? Got free parking? Stamp fee and loan legal/loan stamp fee free? If 11%, that means no need to pay upfront? Can get back the initial 5k booking fee?

Stamp duty of course not free doh.gif
Before discount is 750/sqft.
The price will be increase around RM6k per floor, the higher the more expensive.

7% upon signing SPA.
2% rebate on the 2nd progress billing on the purchase price.

While another 2% is not writing in the purchaser agreement, might not finalize yet.
