i heard the new block which is themed after Paris will be launched early December for cheque collection. This news is according to my SA so dont shoot me if never happen. However i heard there might be a slight price increase. I dont think i can afford another unit but good luck to those that want to try. This time they expect a bigger crowd. Goodness. I hope they manage the crowd better.

Liberty 'sounds' cheaper because smaller than isuite.. but psf to psf, liberty is slightly higher.. lol

The next tower sure higher than liberty, at least 6%

i dont get why liberty tower selling point keep mentioned new york style. I only see the show unit is new york style. The included furniture that come with the package is just basic fitted furniture, without all the new york theme decoration. So we are not buying any new york style design.

Is normal. All developer only bear the s&p legal fee cause they appointed them to safeguard their interest. Disbursement had to be bear by buyer

still awating loan approval.. i start to worried about this liberty tower

1. selling future, with expensive price
2. poor handling on so called pre launch day
3. no car park
4. early bird and late bird, all same bird, no difference
5. legal fee not cover, stamp duty not cover

awating them to shock me by car park rental, maintenance fee,  , strata status , poor fully furnished, delay CCC

only few good things, i see very good advertising on this project, promise up to the moon

thinking to let go.. anyone interested.. my main concern high price,and i hv ni confidence with i city.
