it's fully furnished, and with the Fully Integrated Centre, i think it usually means eat sleep work at the same location

The soho units can be used as MSC status offices. Previously most companies need to rent a MSC status office to qualify for the MSC benefits. Now they can own or rent small units with this project.

not sure. But normally this type of tower u get at least a single parking. The real value is that you can own MSC status office/living space. Good rental yield
