I was told to the price around 700/sqft on Sep 2014, but it raise until 750/sqft due to high demand.

I just went to Hartamas talk in i-City last week.. Liberty Tower supposedly 850/sqft.. coz i-suite selling at 800/sqft.. plus discount is 700++/sqft... iCity no price control one meh... I-Suites buyer should complain to Hartamas..

Despite it is msc status with mrt n mall, come on, have u even seen any completed products from i berhad yet? Their i-city theme park is so crap. I have no confident on this company. Good luck to all the purchasers. biggrin.gif

tmdsad, you mean those facing with 700 / sqft are those facing less favorable view? and those facing the Jewel more expensive? Because it sill doesn't make sense that later launch is cheaper than earlier launch.

Yes i think this mall will do alright cos north klang areas like Bandar Baru needs a new mall as well...

Moreover, Msians are looking forward to a diff mall concept so new retailers might attract people to I City...

Is Liberty Tower all soho (studio type) or there is two bedroom unit? Tomorrow still got 11% discount? Got free parking? Stamp fee and loan legal/loan stamp fee free? If 11%, that means no need to pay upfront? Can get back the initial 5k booking fee?
*
yes. correct. they will reimburse the 5k.

wonder how is the crowd when neighboring tower i-Suite was launch long time ago~
does Liberty tower manage by different management than i-Suite?
shouldn't be Best Western hotel chain management I assume.
What is the maintenance fee + sinking fee psf for Liberty Tower?

So Hartamas is the sole property agency / marketing arm for Liberty Tower?

Wonder how does the sales between i-Suite (GS Realty) vs Liberty Tower (Hartamas) fight for customers within the same show room / i-Gallery. tongue.gif

I still can't get the actual pricing of all the different type of units. Will it be crowded today? Can I just go and see without buying?

Liberty Tower sales is managed by Henry Butcher and i-Suite is by Hartamas. The i-Suite B1 block just recently launched and I don't think it is fully sold yet. But what surprised me is how can the pricing of Liberty Tower is cheaper than i-Suite B1 block, even before discount. And after discount, Liberty Tower will be much more cheaper. Doesn't make sense to me, unless there are information that I never made known of. Eg. higher unit per sqft is much more expensive.

What a SURPRISED ~

Was at i-Gallery 4 months ago, it's was under GS Realty agents for i-Suite (Block B),
assuming newly launch i-Suite (Block B1) currently is the block in-charge by Hartamas

Any insiders / agents / familiar personal can verify following? rclxub.gif

my assumption as following:
i-Suite
Block B under GS Realty - a facebook group & a topic at lowyat forum has been created
Block B1 under Hartamas

Liberty Tower
Block C ? under Henry Butcher

If above statement on pricing is correct,
That sound good for future project for Block D, E. drool.gif
Launch at lower price (showing slow down of market demand)

If Liberty Tower selling at lower price psf is than i-Suite (Block B1),
Hartamas agents definitely lost at beginning war. doh.gif

i-Suite B1 is definitely by Hartamas. I was there last week to attend the talk by Hartamas. What surprise me is still the pricing. I still can't get hold the pricing from anywhere in the internet unless i go to igallery myself.
