The soho units can be used as MSC status offices. Previously most companies need to rent a MSC status office to qualify for the MSC benefits. Now they can own or rent small units with this project.

its a good buy for those wanting to rent out to MSC companies. Almost Rm3.50 to RM4 psf

Im not sure about the show unit but i think u can already book. The 2 options i found are PropertyPlus and Offical Webpage

not sure. But normally this type of tower u get at least a single parking. The real value is that you can own MSC status office/living space. Good rental yield

i heard that they have collected enough cheques to sell out 80 - 90% of the first tower. I think im going to send my cheque in to make sure i get a first take on it. I was initially thinking of just waiting for the launch but now im afraid i might not be able to invest. Line 3 is confimed to stop in icity and the mall is being built.

inside info is they have collected more cheques than required to sell out on launch day. I believe they are still collecting cheques with first come first serve basis on launch day. Interesting. I have sent my cheque in...but i really hope i dont need to line up.

check the webpage www.icona-icity.com.my . They have medcal center , educity. And the matter of fact is LRT is not going to go to a low density area. Be thankful for the higher density.

bought my unit. The once facing jewel finished first. Crowd was too heavy to stay and wait. But when i left almost 250 units sold. I think they should sell out over the weekend. Show room was great.

11% discount and about 750psf before discount. Fully furnished with even the TV unit given. I think its a concept buy and with the LRT and mall i cant see it going wrong. This is my second purchase and i think its a good one. The crowd was crazy

still open for registration at www.icona-icity.com.my or www.propertyplusc.com.my. However i think there is no issues with walking in and booking. I registered online and the SA was very helpfull.

i heard the new block which is themed after Paris will be launched early December for cheque collection. This news is according to my SA so dont shoot me if never happen. However i heard there might be a slight price increase. I dont think i can afford another unit but good luck to those that want to try. This time they expect a bigger crowd. Goodness. I hope they manage the crowd better.
