He sendiri provoked almost every owners in other project threads, particular SEH and EM and condem the projects location ulu, price, flippers in the future, subsale no price and etc something he can predict what happened on nect 3-5-7-10 years. But now promoting a project which is something he comment far from KLCC and suddenly said good.

There are plenty of real estate agents here, some I know did the right job by providing facts, not sinply say other projects rubbish without proof.

Just visit the actual site last night , find out reasonable price tag@location@builtup and hilly windy enviroment , should be a bbb project , just the entry cost on the high side because of no discount scheme .
