autcion are the ones where property goes down very down, ironically same valuers valuing, funny..

nevertheless, despite all that is said and witness, investment are for buy and sell activity, there is no purpose the price keep going up when ppl are not buying... and banks dont play along.

bank is the institution approving loans, without them, there will be no funds to cater the price..

banks are at many time risk of borrowing such big sums out and with returns of 4 plus interest per annum..

my waiting list is not long next year maa, wanted to see GST effect...

isn't that the real fact? there are price for properties..  property market easier is

supply = demand
now vacant units a lot= supply many
supply many= price up or down?
transaction down= less demand
less demand, supply many= but price up? like this property price never goes down, grab any property will do

some ppl say, developers are not stupid keep building there are demands, of course, supported by 90% bank loans and freebies.. the sub sales never catch up like the ones during launching time, why? not supported by the same and no valuations.

if developers are confident about the demands, built and sell (100%) , if the have the confident, their profit margin can be higher too once completed units are sold.

Nothing to do with Goodview Heights project, ppl shoot him not the project.

We all understand agents are merely cari makan or gaining more info here, but at the right way.

He sendiri provoked almost every owners in other project threads, particular SEH and EM and condem the projects location ulu, price, flippers in the future, subsale no price and etc something he can predict what happened on nect 3-5-7-10 years. But now promoting a project which is something he comment far from KLCC and suddenly said good.

There are plenty of real estate agents here, some I know did the right job by providing facts, not sinply say other projects rubbish without proof.
