last time bbw always hentam all props and keep saying it is a bad time to buy props but now he keeps promoting the project. lol. bbw, u bought this?

i am beginning to suspect BBW is an agent or his leg is inside this project. Well, good for you BBW if you are a proud owner of this project.

Hopefully the folks pay the maintenance and hire proper security guards (after developer handover in 2 years) else it will become another issue of non paying residents. I do understand that there are no dmc signed among the buyers based on what the SA told me. Correct me if i am wrong.

folks who paid 728k for 1 units and dont pay maintenance really going to doh.gif

have to use the ordinary way, no pass for residents who do not pay maintenance, come in and out use visitors exit and Terence...

and put on community halls those not paying

Please find MR Wong a.k.a bear bear wong when u visit good view heights sales office/show unit...he is the worst performence sales guy at there, kindly show mercy to him....


Pay attention to the serious wall crack on the show unit..

bearbear, sounds good. SHL is reputable not those fly by night developer. If you and your family like the design/location and can afford comfortably, it won't go wrong.

Location also not too bad. Landed always more resistance to short term price reduction and better long term appreciation.

Buy fast before the 10 units all snap up. Or queue early for next phase to choose better unit (facing, location from main road etc). But if next phase, most probably price will go up. Normal practice by developer

This is better buy than those existing subsale which also about 700k, anyone know when the first phase will be handover? Wat is the package like? MOT and SnP free? Called the sales office and they do not like to entertain me over the phone.
