no lock in period and MRTA from few of the offer i received. RPGT not sure, never plan to sell it yet

my friend went to make a booking too today , left only 5unit 22X80 and 7unit for the normal versions (maybe friday got people loan rejected or something so got many unit for sell, then today got new potential buyer again)

no ideas why they did not put lockin period, maybe due to the FD i had in there (almost 5 years never touched)


islamic loan got some processing fees more expensive, but give better rate 2.45-2.50
