I believe the current Demographics in this area may not be suitable for the large pomp-up lifestyle product here.
I rather put more money in a more visible location like nearer to Dataran Sunway. That is me personally. But then again, some things may change many years from now. |

I'm not siding any guru but it seems tat some it's so true Wat some lard followers said to me.

Actually kinda weird...i remem his fb stated wan to help the fellows out there to get a home/first home so ppl get a place to stay..
