LP after rebate is around the same psf with 24months installment package. Nearer to commercial, giant, walking distance to cube McDonald and Starbucks, even if sick also nearer to hospital lol, walking distance to Rio and nearer to Lrt as compared to this SCL.
Highland there is a risk kekeke later landslide! At least on low flat ground is a better bet...what make this SCL one better? Abs lower perhaps

strata mall indeed not a favorable one. If not properly managed , will have -ve effect on the future value.
Put this mall aside; assuming this strata mall is a bonus, other than that?
i think all in all still look at the price given its not favourable part location of KD,
this emporis is right in front facing persurian surian right?
