Really super crap place for a mixed development , somemore selling strata for malls. Really ζ΅η¬¨, classic case of pseudo-guru asking people to up ship for the benefit of own pocket. But the factories there look good, maybe can consider the subsale , somemore in future the factory banglas and nepals maybe have the perks of living in luxury condo while paying little with this emporis.

If is puteri hill , my guess is the some condo alongside the small road leading from bandar puteri 11 to puchong hartamas. Dont think is ioi land. Watch out for the cemetary nearby , puchong hartamas have a hard time selling last time also because of the cemetary

One city mall. Been there once for my whole life time and very unlikely will go back there again.
What a waste for such a reasonable good piece of land and all the money dumped in.

The shops are oversupplied and not enough masses to support all of them along the stretch of jalan putra permai. Hence some are doing ok while some dont see much footfall at all. Anyone who believe by just buying shoplots from developers and money will automatic flow in is clearly naive . I have some frds bot this naza ttdi shops too last time, somemore not cheap. Need a long time to see this area mature.
