See the exact location.. its nt beside SRI kdu n its at the end in btw surian industrial park n tenaga switchgear.. Sibeh lousy location.. super near MRT track but 1.3km frm the MRT station (NOT walking distance) & in btw of industrial area.. |

serviced apartment again... if property groups are buying into it, and if i am planning to buy, i will reconsider.. look reaaaaaaaaaal hard to see whether the numbers make sense..are they gonna sell at 1000psf on the basis that Tropicana is selling for more? |

If only comparing both projects, I would go for Tropicana Gardens if you ask me, and yes I don't mind paying RM1,200psf+ for something that I would see as a commercial-able, robust, integrated and trophy property for this area. But this is me. *Though I'm not vested. I'm vested in a nearby Cascades though as most people know.
With due respect to my friend, JL, who is a proactive consultant and one of the exclusive marketer for this Emporis project, I have to say that MRT will have a future station nearby to Emporis. This is a fact that he has not shared and overlooked by many people. Perhaps it not so important today, but you will never know right? ![]() |
