See the exact location.. its nt beside SRI kdu n its at the end in btw surian industrial park n tenaga switchgear..

Sibeh lousy location.. super near MRT track but 1.3km frm the MRT station (NOT walking distance) & in btw of industrial area..

if property groups are buying into it, and if i am planning to buy, i will reconsider..

look reaaaaaaaaaal hard to see whether the numbers make sense..are they gonna sell at 1000psf on the basis that
Tropicana is selling for more?

800+psf... boss this one n TG cant compare..different location n league.. this one nearby apa pun takda..only factory.. can be factory workers accommodation.. i will share the screenshot of the location n also Tropicana garden location cos its nt even comparable.. some more TG is luxury project with very good facilities + fully furnish..

just digress a bit..

these projects with MRT nearby esp those in outlaying areas say semenyih - so if you take the MRT to go into city central for work for example, how much will it cost?

i mean the MRT lines are going to stretch far and wide so in a way the "specialness" of MRT at your doorstep
will be "diluted" at least in the short term due to lots of supply..so can say it would be prudent financially to buy a place with MRT that is nearer to your workplace?

Cascades subsale 800 also cannot get aleady lo.

This scland group buy is a fucking hoax la. Sure all die together. Like the cheras damai alam or something. Group buy after discount 500k. But agent outside selling 508k. Fucking con la.

If only comparing both projects, I would go for Tropicana Gardens if you ask me, and yes I don't mind paying RM1,200psf+ for something that I would see as a commercial-able, robust, integrated and trophy property for this area. But this is me. *Though I'm not vested. I'm vested in a nearby Cascades though as most people know.

With due respect to my friend, JL, who is a proactive consultant and one of the exclusive marketer for this Emporis project, I have to say that MRT will have a future station nearby to Emporis. This is a fact that he has not shared and overlooked by many people. Perhaps it not so important today, but you will never know right?
