Are you sure bro?from my point of view,been living at kota damansara for about 13 years already,No curve,no IPC,No Giza,No IKea in that time and if u ask me,Now crowds is massive! wacko.gif

This KD only knows as backdoor@kampung road to OU before and now it change much2 alot!

Yes KD malls so far many losing money.. my friend shop in giza everymonth lose money.. stran aso same with low footfall due to bad access etc..

I bliv KD has space fr only 1 mall which is tg.. KD cn be regional mall fr sg buloh ppl with no shopping mall laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Regarding absorbtion i can't really tell bro but really 13 years ago KD just a ghost town..

By meaning of crowds not really means the ppl come and shop but the ppl getting recognize this place.i use to cycle around giza area on the weekend but now?JAM JAM..dun dare to cycle/jogs anymore.

As you know part of KD not really in a very high status side.just near this tropicana there is kinda elit place,most of middle ppl will just go for groceries at giant and aeon.

Giza and the strand mostly ppl go for PUB,clubbing and coffee,u can take a look on weekend.

Nope dis is nt exactly the WONG part of KD.. this one is further out..near segi, kdu n tropicana medical centre..surrounded by factories...cn see a mid sized plot on wikimapia.. nt too close to d mrt station but shld be walking distan

At least 1km away, not sure whether is walkable. Must visit the site there to have a look around.

1km in msia usually nt walking distance unless gt bridge... around tht area a lot of factories n might feel unsafe at night. nt sure wana walk home after work or not..

if prop near MRT but cnt walk means premium is greatly reduced.. although strand 700m-1km away its walking thru busy shops in giza/Kd shops etc..
