bumi is always benefited but never bother. It is not their key target to get property as an investment or to stay. They have many other choice to get them richer even better than property investment.
Average bumi only believe in property investment and promoting it. But I think most chinese here is immature and when we discuss into in-dept. They tent to have their own idea and direction which I think could be lead to conflict of interest. it is a common behaviour among chinese. That is what lead us behind Japanese and westerner. |

what retail outside can do next to shopping mall? What I can think of is hardware shop. Business that is not possible to operate inside shopping mall will open outside. What is what Emira can cater for. Beside that, should be pub but MBSA wont allow this.
So it is all home improvement shop like furniture store, tile shop or car wash? |
