I buy emporis, I sell emporis. I understand what people want and I advice. Buy for own stay go ahead, buy for investment I always tell emporis might not be a good buy now because can't expect much appreciation in the short future, due to many new projects around RM 500,000. But the good thing is low density and with jaya grocers and it is completed without risk of abandonment.
