lol still want to defend that stupid pricing for partition room when the likes of dianthus barely make 2k/m for furnished 2B unit. Those asking above still vacant since 2017.

don't get act up, just sharing what's in the market. The truth is dianthus is almost 1/3 empty, and I confirm the rent out furnished units average only 1.8-2.4k. Every apartment thread there is always that lucky one sharing how they hit jack pot but since you own one too, you judge lo.

Unless your location is as good as dianthus thereby attracting expats, where else you get Malaysian willing to pay for 85% of your mortgage? Other than those no choice due to short term need, might as well buy their own?

Just settle down and hope for appreciation, what for heart burn for that small rental profit?
