Bro, even with more facilities in MP I think most of the residents will not use it la! My bro staying in condo he said he hardly use the gym and pool, stayed there almost 10 years only use it less than 5 times! blink.gif

The more facilities the condo has, the most expensive the maintenance fees as more moneyis needed to maintain it, of course it will be offest by more than 460 unit owners!

For me, as long as it is GG with swimming pool, a sundry shop & gym enuf oredi, the other extras are bonus! nod.gif

Mutiara Heights total how many units? Around 2000? blink.gif Whole MK is a bigger area than MH, so may not looked so cramped la!

No wonder Petrol station, SCBank, Gixnt n Mxdonxld "lodge" in Mutiara Height earlier, maybe their foresee mutiara glorious n flourishing cool2.gif

Lastly, correct me if wrong la, in property investment the more trade the more transaction (buy n sell), highest chances for owner (seller) get more profit.

Etc .. Oasis 1 had 400 units, when completed their is 10% sub sales which 40 units. 1st owner sell 500k, of cos following owner can sell 505k (if makup 5k only), and so forth for 3,4,5th owner ... did u see the magic of "high den"...

If the project is low density, people will forget ... icon_idea.gif

So MP or Oasis ....

Sorry bro, cant remember how much the maintenace fee, I thnk it's 30 cents.

Nt necessarily for low density projects ppl will forget bro, lesser units could mean demand > supply, so sellers can quote higher prices maybe? If high density and there are so many sellers, all will undercut each other due to stiff competititon so profit margin also lower!

I dont mind actually if the amenitis is not within the same taman that Im staying in as long as it's within 10 min drive away. If all the amenities are within the same taman, then traffic jam lo!

Individual preference la bro, some prefer low density & some dont mind the high density. Pros & cons la for both MP & Oasis, if you can accept the cons that you will accept MP/Oasis and buy/stay there. thumbup.gif

OASIS is categorized as CONDOMINIUM

MAHOGANY PARK is categorized as APARTMENT

already clearly DEFINE by each developer (TLS/SimeDarby) and all Malaysia most prestige property website.

We notice you're active in Mahogany Park forum, reading all your post/comment at MP forum makes you sounds like an agent for MP...

my kindergarten teacher teach me must compare duku langsat to duku langsat ... durian to durian ..., not fair compare small land size with Oasis wider bigger all standalone building land size ..

as usual definition of apartment is bawah sikit compare to condo ... (this is why MP tak cukup facilities x bisa la) doh.gif

Hi there,

The road is not built yet. But there is going to be one connecting Prima Saujana to Twin Palms, then from Twin Palms to SILK, but still don't know when it's gonna be built. No additional info from my SA..

I've being to Twin Palms when i did site visit to Sutera Pines few months ago before i purchased Oasis 1, distance between Oasis 1 and Twin Plams is reeeaaallll close!

This road is a must for Twin Palms, as Twin Palms looks like an isolated island with no eatery, no hypermarket, no petrol station

i was there today, sales is still ok. i noticed that units with balcony left only below 6th floor and above 21st floor. if you would like to take unit without balcony (but with bigger built layout), middle floors are still available.

i saw one unit on 22nd is available, if you don't mind about high floor i think this is good.. me myself i bought high floor too. feel free to visit the showroom at tls office, my SA is very friendly and helpful. i could become your referrer too, i'm available anytime biggrin.gif
