I went to TLS office few days ago to sign SPA and LO, my SA confirmed that block B already reaches level 8, and block A doing level 4 now. Progress is very fast, last month block B was only until level 2 when i went there. Means that... my second billing is coming soon cry.gif

One more good news i received from SA, after you've signed your LO and SPA... our referrals fees will be out real soon! Wait for my good news ya few of you here, few of you are my great supporters! Anyone interested to buy a unit here, can look for me, together we'll going to be happy haha. See you all soon future neighbors!!!

I am planning to create a Whatsapp group for owners only to discuss, update or share anything regarding our Oasis1..
Perhaps a medium for us to voice out anything in our own community....

hi,i'm the one of purchased oasis 1,my loan has just aprroved biggrin.gif would like to knw do u all have purchase MRTA with the bank? coz my agent ask me buy MRTA and put in together with the loan,to get lower interest rate. hmm.gif

how this compare to mahagony park in , its nearer to MRT and you can turn directly to KL using cheras kajang or shortcut through kg sekamat.

Hi future neighbor.

I know quite a number of buyers here not taking full 100% MRTA. They just bought for a period of 3+5 years for full amount, and some of them take 50% of the loan amount for 3+5 years. It really depends on your needs and budget.

The above cases will costs from around RM 2.5k to RM 5k. Yes, it could be factored in to the loan with interest 4.4++%, if compare to standalone loan for MRTA, charging 6++%. But some prefers to pay by cash as the amount is not so significant.

Sorry.. I need an urgent advise here... Especially low floors owners...

Currently you guys need to pay monthly for progressive interest based on the % of construction progress...

Lets say you bought 3rd floor and the progress already reach 3rd floor, does it means you need to pay almost like 90% of the progressive interest already? Which will almost amount to the full monthly payment once VP?

Or the % progressive interest is based on the whole Oasis1 project % completion instead of calculate on which floors the contruction already built?

Please advise.

Bro how far is Oasis to the nearest MRT station compared with MP? MP has lesser units 198 units.

For Oasis have to drive a bit further to turn to KL?

Yes need to uturn and the traffic is getting bad everyday because alot of new housing around this area.Need tp pass only 1 traffic light also on the same junction like mp. But every morning need to wait 2-3 turn befoe can pass the traffic light.

from mahogany park is around 5 minutes driving to Kajang station just need to pass 1 traffic light .
