from kajang to kl center, do expect average 1 hour travel time, if cant bear with it, better stick with center area, but ofcourse the budget will be double up to get a same concept property....

give and take.. tongue.gif

i am sure is better than sg long and mahkota cheras.
outskirt area within 25km to kl center all are develop ,

Hey bro firstly really appreciate ur such the detail information...
Just now I manage to go to the site, really not bad... But quite a high density with many developments around...

Why I made up my mind to buy Oasis1, is due to the price with spacious unit...
Do u bought a unit here?
*
with this kind of price , high den tak boleh lari. try to look back those ad develop area like kuchai lama most of the place high den.

if u compare with parklane oug , this area still can consider,

if for own stay , i like it , got jungle , near green.

You got the points there, just my DSR will be close 75% if to take up this property? isn't that too risky?
Agree with you, wish my salary can be higher (or the house price can be lower)!
Yeah, totally agree that the price is pretty good!!

But it seems like the sales is pretty slow despite the sales has been quite some time with such a low entry cost? What is the price you get that time? wondering if there is bus or other transport to the MRT as I think driving to MRT is pretty troublesome.
*
5-10 min to mrt is good.
If u wish can walk till mrt u may consider landmark 2 sg long

But I like oasis area cos near green.

It's just that units left now are on either very low floor or very high floor, i think total less than 10 units left for these. And also the balcony-less units... i believe this is sort of a new design in Kajang.. but in city centre, like KLCC and Bukit Bintang, i saw a lot new condos, they are building these balcony-less units.. modern and spacious... and majority of the left-over units in Oasis are these.. it depends on individual actually, one of my friend took one of this, but few others prefer the unit with balcony.

i bought mine for 570k before rebate, the pricing is still the same now. i'm not sure whether there is bus connecting to the MRT now or not, bur maybe in future going to have gua.. hopefully.. but if it isn't a bus, i planned already... i drive to Tesco, park there and walk to the MRT  tongue.gif
*
I think bus should have. Just how fast mrt company can form a bus route for housing area.is just depend how rapid company planing .

May i know how is it to compare with Mahogany Park at Saujana Impian? For own stay, with smaller size and low density

Thank you
*
For mahogany I m not clear...Sime Darby group branded

Oasis mostly unit wif 1250sqf.
For me in oasis project is low den for me wif this selling price.

Around the area got ameera condo , ivory condo,
And medium cost appartment develop by lee brothers wif super nice pricing for investment.

Sometime low den issue is very subjective, buyer looking for cheap price wif low den. I feel funny.theory is like wish your horse run fast and quick but no willing to buy quality grass for your house. vmad.gif sorry English no good.

If ppl willing to afford 1m above for low den . Should be have several choice.

Make sense, i just looking into the overall surrounding of the area i.e. Mutiara Heights when all the 3 condos completed including 1 more (Oasis 2). Let say 50% of the overall units are tenanted (mixture of own stay and rental) would it be `crowded'.

Sorry to ask this kind of question i'm looking to buy for own stay so this one of many issues that i think of which for me quite important

Opinion guys?
*
For me I stil feel ok,
If u see back area kuchai, setapak , park land oug,sg long ,Mahkota cheras.
