Any idea about the distance between Oasis 1 and MRT? within 5-10 mins walking distance?

Any units left? saw on FB, selling price about 480k?

The tls group say sellng price start from 472k.. maybe those are sold out and left 500k d..

I went to office last weekend, there are actually few units on very low floor which is available for around RM 480k after discount. If not mistaken they are on 1st and 4th floor. And there is premium of RM 1k per floor up. Look for me ya if you want to get a unit there, i can become your referrer biggrin.gif

I wish there is Mrt station within walking distance from Oasis.. But the cruel fact is.. there is none cry.gif if 5 to 10 minutes drive is fine with you, then there is one Mrt station at sg. kantan, around 4km from oasis.

yes, rm 480k still available.. they are on low floor, and higher floor is available at around rm 490k. please feel free to drop by their showroom, the show unit is very nice, the layout is superb, their SA are helpful and friendly! i sounded like their salesman now, lol... do let me know if you need more info or referrer laugh.gif hehe

Seems like you also get one unit Oasis for yourself? What's your view about this condo? Heard the land size quite okay, 7 acres for 461 units, consider as low-medium dense condo.

I'm not too sure if to buy one unit now, my friends asked me to hold on first, saying that buble going to burst soon..

Maybe burst on million project, due BR increase hav to pay more on installment, however, Malaysia not easy to burst bcos every ppl got job and all of us have to go thru screening on ur financial background b4 bank approval ur loan.

If really wan to burst maybe car loan first ... when u hav difficulty on payment you will sell ur car or sell ur house?

One thing for this condo is low entry ... low sqft price and spacious ...

To addon what deschan100 mentioned, it's best we judge it ourselves based on facts like NPL %, deposits in bank, unemployment rate, age of population in Klang valley (which could be a good indication of housing demand), major infrastructures developments and so on instead of listening to merely opinions. it does not apply just on this condo but every other purchases that we're looking to make.

Simple analogy, as people always say when good time, price too high so don't buy. When bad time, market sentiment bad, bubble coming, so don't buy. So when is the right time to buy?

Yup, i bought one unit here in April. I've visited many projects and show units, i think up to 10 different projects in Cheras and Kajang.. lol... before i made my decision to buy Oasis.

Cannot be denied that the price here is the lowest available in Cheras and Kajang, just slightly over RM 390 psf, wow! As you said, this condo is consider very low density, given the size of the land. I'm not sure, but i feel that a lot of families or couples buying this for own stay instead of investment, as the rental market here will not be so great. So the crowd or neighbors we going to have, i hope, will going to take care of the buildings and facilities.. and in long run this will benefits all of us.. and if we are going to upgrade our home in future, the reselling value of Oasis will not going to disappoint us rclxm9.gif

I heard this "hold on first" when i first shopped for a second home 4 years ago, and i regretted my decision to hold on! vmad.gif You know, the condo i wished to buy 4 years ago in Sg long costs only RM 240k, the selling price now for that same condo is RM 470k cry.gif So i won't "hold on" now, haha.. i don't want to regret for a second time cry.gif

buy 4 own stay and if you r familiar with the area - ok.

You got the points there, just my DSR will be close 75% if to take up this property? isn't that too risky?

Yeah, totally agree that the price is pretty good!!

But it seems like the sales is pretty slow despite the sales has been quite some time with such a low entry cost? What is the price you get that time? wondering if there is bus or other transport to the MRT as I think driving to MRT is pretty troublesome.
