Bro, last , what is the facilities of MP? brochure not mention in details, it look only have pool + gym saharja.
Bro, looking at the site layout plan alone, I can say that Oasis's land area is definitely bigger than MP and on facilities, Oasis has more.
Due to the small land area, MP's building is surrounded by the entrance/exit driveway and the facilities are on the ground floor of the building, except for the pool as it is located above the driveway.
As I said earlier, "density" is a subjective matter and you defined it as having all the facilities cramped into the small land area with the building.
However, Oasis is nearby Ivory, Ameera and future Oasis 2 so may look a bit cramped and high dense like Parklane OUG? Of course I thnk Parklane's distance between the apartments blocks are nearer! For MP, it will be the only high rise block in Saujana Impian and there are currently no high rise building nearby. In future, there will also be no upcoming high rise building near MP, as SDP claimed.
I'm not saying Oasis is not good bro as I think it is a value for money buy with so many freebies!
