Any possibilities that Bank will offer a flat rate amount for progressive interest monthly payment like RM900 per month fixed until VP? unsure.gif

I saw in some earlier posts, there were discussions about progressive payment. I've attached here the schedule showing the stages of the construction works and it also shows at which stage the loan will be disburse.. Hope this is useful to some of you...

I think Oasis 2 would not be launched so soon. TLS next focus should be on selling of Block C units of Ivory first.

If lower floor price lagi best.. others project unbeatable.

Yes, Oasis is very cheap and good for 1st time homebuyers who dont earn a lot! thumbup.gif

However, it is high density compared to MP, so it depends on individual preference.

according to MP brouchure, MP had 12units on each floor...

But Oasis Block A had 7 units each floor ..

Oasis Block B had 9 units each floor ...

2 blocks on Total land size28700 Sqft

Oasis still consider high density compared to MP ? sweat.gif hmm.gif

Bro, the "density" definition is very subjective, how many total units in Oasis 1? Abt 460 units I think as compared to MP's 198? Of course cant look at no. of units alone, have to look at total land area also.

There are more units per floor in MP because it only have 1 block.

Can you help check you SnP, wat is the total land size of MP, as because it only hav 1 block + parking + facilities (all in same building).

wat we look from bird view MP to be sure crowded ... even MP building all around cover by " driveway " ...

Oasis landscape designed all around same by drive way + standalone half around "jogging track" ...

with this standalone facilities architecture design , such as standalone car park, standalone club house, it very obvious which be more crowded .. ..


Bro, last , what is the facilities of MP? brochure not mention in details, it look only have pool + gym saharja.

Bro, looking at the site layout plan alone, I can say that Oasis's land area is definitely bigger than MP and on facilities, Oasis has more.

Due to the small land area, MP's building is surrounded by the entrance/exit driveway and the facilities are on the ground floor of the building, except for the pool as it is located above the driveway.

As I said earlier, "density" is a subjective matter and you defined it as having all the facilities cramped into the small land area with the building.

However, Oasis is nearby Ivory, Ameera and future Oasis 2 so may look a bit cramped and high dense like Parklane OUG? Of course I thnk Parklane's distance between the apartments blocks are nearer! For MP, it will be the only high rise block in Saujana Impian and there are currently no high rise building nearby. In future, there will also be no upcoming high rise building near MP, as SDP claimed.

I'm not saying Oasis is not good bro as I think it is a value for money buy with so many freebies! thumbup.gif

Parklaxe it had 4000 units ... if cramp, wat about mont kiara ..? mont kiara should be x2 or x 3 times of parklaxe .... brows.gif

Serious bro , MP lack of facilities .... this will lead less competitive ... unless building itself connect to MRT macam Savxlle Cheras ...
