whats wrong when my line sometimes DC
and the SNR margin downstream is "2147483641"

I just installed 2mbps package. If the line go smoothly, I'm planning to upgrade to 4mbps package.

But i got a few problem:
1. WiFi & Internet LED blinking but sometimes it showed as No Internet Access. This occured few time in a day. I restart the modem then the Internet go fine, few time later happened again. What should i do?
2. Call 100 to complaint yesterday, operator said no problem with connection. Of course no problem since I can see LED blinking correctly
3. When my laptop/pc showed as No Internet Access, my smartphones can go through the Internet without any problem. This more confuse to me. Why this happened

Any of you experiencing slow internet recently? Just 2 days ago my Internet start to slow very badly until I can't even load 9gag or Instagram.

Is this because of modem setting or just streamyx problem? Wanna see if I can fix it without calling TM.

If you have extra modem u can switch and see is this modem fault. Or else u better call up tm. The ping so high... @@

Hi guys, I would like to ask something about MyTM.

When prompted to enter the IC and phone number in the registration form, how to enter Sabah Phone number (eg. 087123456)
The example on the MyTM page is:

7 digits phone no. (add prefix 0): 00708823158
8 digits phone no.: 00344112321

but mine is only 6 digits... a prompt came out and states: "Sorry, your account is not a valid TM account. Please try again"

If your phone number is 087123456, try to insert 08700123456 instead. It works for me

Anybody here experiencing disconnects tonight?

hello guys..im so irritating to all member who got 2 or 4mbps speed..btw i just want asking is there possibility to upgrade from 1mbps to 2 or 4mbps even they say "oh sorry sir your place doesn't have 2-4 mbps for now"..im so badly want upgrade it..

"doesn't have" means:

1) the area is only limited to 1mbps max

or

2) no more ports for 2-4mbps, already occupied by other ppl ?

if (2), see got ppl terminate line or not. or get the area contractor phone number, u can ask him to update u if got port available, then u can straight apply to tmnet to take it asap.

i already call TM using 100..they said still no have 2-4mbps at my place rite now..

izzit nice 1mbps for me

the other way is subscribe 2 line 1mbps, buy load balancer router = 2 mbps (RM2xx per month... gila ...)

haha mmg gila..tpi sye mmg nak sgt upgrade sbb so slow for me..using many type as downloading file or anything, streaming, and im heavy gamer here..

currently im using a cheap dlink adsl modem router after changing from stock TM silver wireless modem router.

should i go for a better modem router (ASUS DSL N12U)? since it has better coverage and better overall performance..

Note: Router on 24/7 download stuff 24/7

If your current router give u bad coverage or random disconnection then its ok to get new one. Else u just wasting money only.

what modem router do you guys use ?

im was using linksys wag120n during streamyx time.. nw no more cz using unifi..

anyone knows how to bridge the tm riger modem router to tplink router to extend coverage? i've followed all the links online but cannot online although wds shows run.
