Keep dc... Then ask tm technician come... My mom call me said Now checking... Then through phone, They ask me modem pass and I let them know.. Then later they reset my modem and call me why can't log in my modem... I give my password then keep said csnt log in.. Then I ask why they did, they said reset my modem at back.... Terus kena maki with me.. Dah reset turn back to default la... I technician or they are technician..

They said maybe my modem problem.. Need to check.. I told them if I change modem you better make sure is my modem problem, if not the money wasted I sure complaint..

Aside they said server open for me. 10mbps but my ID is 4mbps, so I enjoy 4mbps only.. If I don't get upgrade, I will terminate by Sept.. Change to digi unlimited

Who knows what they are doing? Call and ask again and you may get different answer. The ad on this article says 31 Dec.

Im using 4mb streamyx since 4-5year..got student package before.. until now still rm88 and get upgrade to 8mb last year..no complaint

Why must tm cancel the freaking rm100 8mbps promo b4 the agent can even come over to let me thumbprint and sign. Screw tm

Not so bad la. Im RM140 4mbps but didnt get 8Mbps upgrade

Depend on area i thinks..my area got 8MB and it very village area. Not many 8mb or 4mb user

now they required us to give 30 days notice for termination, and must go to TM point on day 31-35 to perform the termination. if u failed to terminate on day 31-35, u need give 30 days notice again. omg, this is so stupid. why it's like i'm owe them money, so hassle.
