it could be bad ip range. try rebooting

10 devices? i doubt tm router can handle. better get a new one

U dont need mimo routers for streamyx, its a bit overkill
mimo on 4mbps will get you nowhere, you can even settle for a 150mbps N router (can get >40mbps in practice)
mimo only useful for high bandwidth lines eg. abv 100mbps (almost non existent in msia)

The jitter is extremely unacceptable imo. Yr line is very unstable, maybe you shd try changing the telephone cable and scratching the copper contacts in the port a bit?
