There are several ppl who just follow the 80% rule without considering other factors. If you are lucky you can get the rest who are considerate enough to call a technician for you. In my case my speed was fluctuating between 2- <3.2 mbps that's why he decided to send me a technician. Keep in mind that you may be charged RM 50 if the nature of fault is on you but not TM.
I have dealing with TM for many years, I know which is cause by our fault or TM. I have few modems and routers at home to troubleshoot and familiar to TM troubleshooting method. everytime, the operator will ask the same questions, ur connection is direct or connect to wifi bla bla bla...
