I think so ... But they should at least inform me of the cancellation. The same agent that offer to help me upgrade cancelled the request.

Guys, I've upgraded from 1mbps to 4mbps early on this month. It was fine with 5119 downstream and 512 upstream. This morning the downstream suddenly dropped to 2560 kbps. I've contacted 100 regarding this issue and their reply is not clear. They said they had asked the technician to follow up the issue but seems like nothing is done yet. I called 100 and check my bill which shows that my account profile is still for 1mbps eventhough I was using 4mbps for 2 weeks alr.

you need to use tm unifi test web, not using other 3rd party to verify speedtest. then after report, their in 100 line will ask you do scrap thing such as reboot modem, etc.
after that, they will send technician to your home to check.

few possibilities for "speed degradation" i used to encountered in my past 10yrs screamyx experiences:

- reset port (did during call 100)
- switch port (technician do something at terminal checking, swap port, hardware, card, etc)
- downgraded screamyx package to 2mb (someone mistakenly did - need technician call direct line 100 and ask to upgrade back to 4mb)

Thank you for your reply. I just called 100 again and they clarified that the issue was due to accidentally downgrade to 2mbps. Seems like they had restored the setting but now the bandwidth goes down to 4095 kbps with high ping (around 200ms).

How much for Unifi Lite? Why didn't u go for Unifi advance bonanza 30mbps for rm139?

I spammed them on the LiveChat until they agreed to send a technician to my house. Then I asked the technician to pump up the speed to 5119. Issue settled.

How to Change TMNet Streamyx Password now at Unifi? I don't see any option there.

I use mobile call 100 for streamyx connection issue. They charge over RM10+ for less 10 minutes. Last time, they don't charge on Toll-free.

Update: Change only available through phone or live chat.

I call 100, they just replied, we have provide 80% of the package speed based on best effort policy.sux!

There are several ppl who just follow the 80% rule without considering other factors. If you are lucky you can get the rest who are considerate enough to call a technician for you. In my case my speed was fluctuating between 2- <3.2 mbps that's why he decided to send me a technician. Keep in mind that you may be charged RM 50 if the nature of fault is on you but not TM.
