Hehe i got sms said i have outstanding 1 month if not pay will be barred. Funny things is my bill cycle start on 14th every month. Tm panic ppl terminate and sign up for the bonanza package?

Not everyone got double speed upgrade especially the 100Mbps Unifi subscribers.
Instead they were offered Webe instead.

I'm currently on 4Mbps.

At my modem status, my Data Rate for Download is 4095kbps and Attainable Rate is 12968kbps.

Does that mean my port supports up to 12Mbps? Already called TM to upgrade my account to 8Mbps but they said my port only supports up to 6Mbps.

No. They usually set it higher to avoid disconnection and to compensate for any data loss.

There's some that got free upgrade from 4mb to 8mb

dam the new UNIFI website are so crappy. I cant register my account on it. What is Service ID since my streamyx dont have one and my phone number not working on it.

i think should be your sreamyx log in id but without the @streamyx. Example, <service id>@streamyx.

manage get it upgrade my 4m streamyx to 8m bonanza campaign promo price @rm89, register at tm point on 6th Nov. today install for me but it wasn't bonanza campaign, it just normal streamyx blockbuster combo 8m (HyppTV) (bundle). but it written promo discount rm71 total with no expire date. anyone here registered upgrade to 8m before TM the streamyx bonanza campaign discontinued also get this?

I asked abt the promo on live chat n the agent offered to upgrade for me, the next day i called 100 to follow up n was told already in progress, n asked to wait 5 to 7 working days. The 4th days heard the news that they discontinued the promo, so i called 100 n asked again, then they told me my request cancelled.

oh, i think must be between agent to TM can't go through for user upgrade.
