Good luck on finding knowledgable TM personnels. console.gif
95% of time, call operator doesn't know what are you talking about (noise profile, interleaving,fast path, depth, symbol rate). Since the operator doesn't know, he/she can't even know how to file a report.
After call operator level, even your local TM technicians don't know.

I am not TM management, can't do anything.
However, I can guarantee you, it WILL HAPPEN for sure. sad.gif
At least your area IPv6 still work....my area had it disabled since october 2016.

JohnLai, I've called twice to 100, yesterday & today, and they say it's the problem at TM side, and they are fixing it. So what you mean is it's totally useless to make complain to 100? The only solution is to go TMPoint to screw them there? doh.gif Please teach me what I should do to quickly get them to change it back to Public IP.

My IP also become private IPv4 since 2 weeks back. Only last week after some research that I found out that they are doing the CGNAT thing, that's why got lump into private IP. vmad.gif

I got mine back today! Call 100 for 2 consecutive days, to file report & follow up, now they give me back my dynamic IP. Not bad for TM's service. Sometime, their service surprised me. rclxms.gif blink.gif

My streamyx facing always disconnect lately.
I check my port speed. It suddenly change to 4mbps. Can advice your port speed?

No DSL line drop ever since I changed to FastPath, now I'm wondering if going from Interleaved to FastPath means different port or just a setting on the server? Before this, every few days the line would drop.

DSL line dropping , it's more on their site.I dont know much how to diagnose. It get dc on router part while normal dsl manual get connection drop where IP can't hold longer.Download stuff get timeout and retry.Happen precise every 8min-10min.
What would be the cause ?
changing fastpath will help ?

It is a matter of turning on few settings via server configuration for Interleaved, Fastpath, symbol etc
In your case, probably TM changed your port as well.
I heard new dsl card at DSLAM can output higher power (of course within allowable spec) than older generation.

No idea what is causing your disconnection problem.
To begin with, you didn't post your dsl stats.
It is only advisable to change interleaved to fastpath if SNR for both downstream and upstream are higher than 30db unless if you want the dsl line to drop + retraining non-stop.

i dont know what is going on with my internet or the router problem , when my dad come back from work every evening , the internet tend to slow down really like cant even use. I didnt bother much the first few time but i felt like there is something wrong , maybe my dad phone is slowing down the whole wifi making the internet unusable , it happens every evening when my dad come back from work. BTW my dad is using huawei honor 8 , is it the router problem or the phone is crashing the entire wifi ? what do you think , strange?

My 4mb streamyx always slow.. wonder it's the modem problem?

Using TM provided Innacomm silver box. Always slow, but YouTube still loadable, but heavy image site will be very slow.
