I doubt the 4mbps can handle it

anyone has issue with line lately during evening time?downloads for uploaded, youtube, or steam is really slow, on purpose cap to 1mbps to max 2mbps even with VPN its capped...

yes, slowdown occurs around 8pm something, even lowyat forum also loads slow.

thats utter bs of them, gonna complain to skmm....

already upgrade last week...the account have been chg to 4mbps but the port and the speed havent changed until now
seriously bad service and charging 1 week 4mbps line money for nothing

How can we check the port is changed or not?

At the modem login page can check at the Data Rate : 2048 ( 2Mbps )

RM0.00 We're trying our best to resolve the report on next working day, subject to nature of the fault. A one-time charge will be imposed depending on cause of fault. We'll keep you updated.TQ

yes even I can subscribe to "ahem" plan 24mbps max which provided by one of the lowyat-er but i just scare the account wont last long

telemarketer call me, ask me to upgrade my current 1MBps to 4Mbps at RM130 per month. Told me to apply new one (using others name) rather than choosing upgrade coz if upgrade, cannot guarantee to get download speed near to 4Mbps, but if new line, the technician will make sure the configuration on the port will allow me to get speed near to 4Mbps. But cons, got 1 year contract plus cannot use my name, must use others family name, after install new one, then need to goto TMPoint to terminate my 1Mbps line. Any comments or experience from sifu here?

The RM130 is only for 1 year only. After one year, it will go back to normal price. Correct me if I am wrong.

my home already more than 1 year, still paying rm130 + gst, so valid or not?

anyone at sarawak having streamyx problem since yesterday? it wont connect..aka remote server not responding..and found out not just me.
