already upgrade last week...the account have been chg to 4mbps but the port and the speed havent changed until now
seriously bad service and charging 1 week 4mbps line money for nothing

this morning went to tmpoint make report and I receive this msg
RM0.00 We're trying our best to resolve the report on next working day, subject to nature of the fault. A one-time charge will be imposed depending on cause of fault. We'll keep you updated.TQ What the heck not my problem..they still impose charges on me? |
