gud to know u all participate in Subang Jaya 10km Run.
im also in it...actually its my 1st long distance event since skol!
i did'nt get the cert...but i've finished d race non-stop pace...
quite an achievement for me cox haven run 1km since collage..huh
now im really addicted to running

....next event wud be KLIM'07 in march'07! dare to join?
guys are there any event on Feb?...better be prepare b4 the big event..

how long it takes for you to complete the 10km SJ 10km?

I join the Smart Tunnel Run, manage to complete a 13.4 km run in 1h 36m.

i went to SMART tunnel run too....i clocked 1hr 45 min...hahaha....probably lack of training nowadays...hopefully this sunday klim will b better....

i feel that smart tunnel race is poorly organized...n v girls behind couldn't get any refreshment at all......

KLIM shouldn't be a problem for you since you are only in the 10KM category. Just have fun.

i'm there to aim for a medal....but for woman, as long as u qualify for d time, u can definately get 1....

Same for the men category. Within time=medal. Hehe... But for me, it's more than that. It's the satisfaction.

for me, as long as i finish the run, its ok oredi..just the experience..its pity though i cant join the klim, i didnt know that dateline for submission is on 28th of feb...any of u guys join pacesetters?

Phew... Got my necessary items for the KLIM 2007 this morning. Running vest, bib and championchip. Oh yeah... I censored my first and last number in the picture. Hehehe...

nice adidas jersey laa..wahh..jealous nye..as for my there is a run in ipoh on 25 march..

for men, it depends which category u join...

last time my dad join putrajaya 10km run....eventhough he qualify, he still can't get d medal...coz too much competitor edi...

OK lar. Looks pretty allright. However, it's a very basic running vest. No ClimaLite technology. Hope I won't be soaking in my own sweat during the marathon. Hehe... If given the chance, I will stick to my own Adidas running vest.

I joined the Smart Tunnel run as well, with time of 59min 35 sec, but too sad, was late about half an hour. So no medal for me.

Just collected the chip for KLIM tomorow, make sure I'll wake up on time.

And i forgot to take anything before run, just have my self Power Gel.everytime eat that thing i feel like i want to puke, makes me end up walking for a bit.It feels good.

I bought my Asics Gel-1110 for RM 370. And guys, if you have a place that can give cheap price for sports apparel, please post it here. I still search for a HRM and a pedometer
