Dude, you should just refund EVERYTHING.

Buyer buys a NEW Phone. But what he get is a used set used by YOU in order to boast around.

honestly, it is scratchless on the phone originally. not like i want to blame UPS but this is de risk which i hate that seller kena blame for. and also, i buy it a my local handphone shop one. used? i open it so i can pack it together with the phone. now u said crystal casing also used?? hai......960 is a better set? u can't make statement like that. honestly, used also i think this set worth at least 1k still. I'm willing to refund u RM100. I've done all i can as a seller.

how many times do i have to say its not mine. money with the seller , how i refund, i can't even get him, now i willing to rugi another RM100 so show at least i take some responsibility.

dun insist on full refund as it is impossible. i'm willing to bear damages cost, so jus state ur amount at the very least so we can settle on dis issue.

its already here.since u insist handsfree spoil, i give u a better offer to settle dis. throw in another bluetooth headset plus RM100 lo since i din check the handsfree. its still wrapped nicely as i din open to check.

Now you still claim it's a brand new set... I'm been claiming when I receive the item it's full of stuff... The UPS wrap the thing in front of you... so how would the dust just go in to the box when the parcel is wrap....? Besides for the crystal case..... will it be scratch so badly n like used one if you put it in the box..... that's very impossible... n the weird part is when I check the system info.... the total talk time is 10:58:53.... is this consider as a new set....????

you just dont get the point.... you claimed it's new... and the buyer get a used one... and it's freaking easy to identify a used phone and a new phone....

scratches and dusts is a good proof that the phone has been used.....

the case here is just like conning ppl into buying a second hand set claiming its a new set.....
pls pity the buyer and do a refund for god's sake..... the item is not what the buyer had expected... not up to the expectation i'd say....
