Isnt it weird if he says he was helping his friend to sell stuffs, and his friend cabut, he willing to pay to buyer?
For me, my friend wont cabut from me, and i'd find my friend instead of helping friend to payback to buyers. I think this jameslee should be put to blaclist and penang ppl go find him. |

Send back the phones and ask for refund? Just ask for some refund due to its a used phone? Btw...last time there was someone got a faulty phone then sent to repair then seller dowan to pay the fees... Are u the same buyer? |

Hmm this luv4life seems like always buying new phone but ended up getting used phone...
Anyway...may i ask why luv4life buy so many phones for? jameslee_84, u knew its used set (doesnt care if its your phone or not) and u claim its new set.. Now ppl found out and wants full refund...tats very fair. If u thinking to sell used phone as new but buyer found out then u refund abit to buyer, its obviously a con case... |

Lets look at the situation....
Luv4life wants refund....preferably one time, not installment... jameslee_84 wants the phone back, even paying installment.. So do like i suggested... Jameslee_84 or luv4life can find another buyer for the phone... The new buyer pays to luv4life and the loss will be topup by jameslee_84.. The phone will be shipped/COD by luv4life straight to the new buyer.. Wats so complicated now???? No matter what, jameslee_84 will sell the phone again if returned to him.. And that doesnt justifies the 4 months installment to be paid back to luv4life.. |
