It's not really white but there's a spot there. Even put screen protector ady also can see oh. So how's your phone so far?

my thought is, his friend runaway edi, so he juz get a second hand W810 to subtitute kua.. in that case, he also untung coz u paid him 1st hand price

prolly is due to firmware problem? nontheless, i experience nothing like that even when chatting wit my old friend for 1hour +

yes, there is such thing on w810, mine also have that but its a hole, what makes it white maybe is the screen protector, just lift the protector for a moment and see if its a hole

like one forummer said 960 is a 2nd hand price....to be fair, i'm willing to refund the RM100 , so it cost only RM960, second hand price lo....
but seller insist wanna return phone, sorry can't do.

and i'm very sure its not scratch, de keypad is like dat, u can check....and its not bended, its like a hinge to make the cover tight, plus the white dot i really have no idea, i think its like suiteng said.
wan full refund for sure can't do already. but i'm willing to refund as to the second hand price amount.
