If you guys actually read the article from NST that he attached previously, you can see "promotional materials including brochures advertising housing developments prevail over the Sale and Purchase agreement itself" from the first paragraph. I would suggest you read through the S&P again and find if there is any clause that actually goes against the mentioned Act from the article. If there is none, the is a chance for you to challenge this; provided that you are willing to hire a lawyer for yourself and challenge them because they won't do anything if you just keep bugging them here or submit a complaint.
