For phase 1, 32x75 ft only corner units lot 2437, 2453 and 2485 available. For 35x75 ft, also 2 corner units left. The rest all sold. Sale staff is now promoting phase 2 which is at least rm30k more expensive than phase 1. Phase 2 still has many units available.

Is Phase 2 exactly same as Phase 1 in terms of house type like 2A, 2B, 2C & 2D?

Actually same within Tenderfields @ Precinct 2, not Phase 2 ....

+1. There is no phase 1 or 2.  Those so-called phase 2 units are the reserved units which are now slowly released.

Can you elaborate more what exclusive means to u? u want EM owners only that can access to silver square? 

My thought was 2 tier security, one level at the 3 entrances and then each at own precincts. Just a thought, becos when I went over to SEH, their park was fully utilized by nearby residents like their own.

It seems like the "backyard garden" concept is already being introduced in Setia Eco Cascadia before, I presume we will see the replicate in EcoMajestic later ....

Merrydale brochure sure have lar otherwise I don't know what else they can give to the prospective buyers while expecting them to sign a few hundred thousand deal by just flipping the iPad
Btw, we are damn brave also - just signed on the dotted line without even seeing any single brick of the house /show units

It's already there in Setia Eco Glades link in cyberjaya 2 years ago. So seeing it here in EM isn't surprising

I would like to know that since Merrydale having largest exclusive private park, will that means their maintenance fees will higher that Tenderfield? Tenderfield maintenance fee tentatively is RM0.10 per sq ft.
