Ron 95, diesel to go up 20 sen at midnight

Another fuel hike is in store, with the RON 95 petrol and diesel prices slated to increase by 20 sen at the stroke of midnight.

This was announced by the Domestic Trade, Consumer Affairs and Cooperatives Ministry this evening.

At present, RON 95 is priced at RM2.10 per litre while diesel cost RM2 per litre.

How does the referral fee work. Does my referee get a 1% rebate on her purchase value or she gets a 1% rebate on my purchase value?

I also noticed Tenderfields units all sold except for 2 corner units. The sale person is now promoting phase 2 which cost rm30k more for each unit. Phase 2 is also nearer to the surau.

The introducer will get the 1% referral fee for the purchase by the buyer thar he/she introduce to EM.

ALL sold except 2 units!? If that's really the case, then the buying interests seem to have accelerated recently, probably prompted by the fear of further hike in property prices next year with the GST coming into effect and the anticipating inflationary pressures... I thought the market should be a bit cautious now though.

For phase 1, 32x75 ft only corner units lot 2437, 2453 and 2485 available. For 35x75 ft, also 2 corner units left. The rest all sold. Sale staff is now promoting phase 2 which is at least rm30k more expensive than phase 1. Phase 2 still has many units available.
