Although I am pets & dogs fan but I dont agree gateless home to keep dogs outside unless at rear building with the fence approved by EW. Those owners would not cage the dogs all the time bcz it would be very tame. Anyway, unlikely for Tenderfields.

At DPC, I notice some rottweiler owners do not bother to let their dogs lurking around chainless and some idiotic enough to tell u his rottweiler wont bite u, what a nonsense. Lol

For phase 1, 32x75 ft only corner units lot 2437, 2453 and 2485 available. For 35x75 ft, also 2 corner units left. The rest all sold. Sale staff is now promoting phase 2 which is at least rm30k more expensive than phase 1. Phase 2 still has many units available.

The excess payment dumped in during construction period cannot be withdrawn until loan fully disbursed?? This only applies to RHB or all the other full flexi loans too?

oic...dun worry...sp setia will take care their own products eventhough handover to local authority...look ta setia alam...under MPSA but sp setia still doing lot of beautify landscape works...

EM is starta title...not handover to MPKJ, Eco world will take care EM by themselves...

if you wan to worry, you have to worry about good view heights which for sure will under MPKJ for sure...developer like SHL for sure will wash hand...look at current Sg Long then you will know...illegal rubbish, road lamps malfunction, illegal advertisement boards everywhere....forsee same thing happen on good view heights in the future...
