I just signed the s&p on Tenderfield. My wife just surprise to get know that we can't simply hang our clothes in our own compound 10ft land in order to dry the clothes. First time purchased the strata landed properties, maybe some of sifus here can shed the lights on the DMC T&C? What i knew is just cannot make any changes to the house outlook sweat.gif

I have the same concern. Hopefully later EcoWorld having clear guideline on how to manage those big dogs sweat.gif

I would like to know that since Merrydale having largest exclusive private park, will that means their maintenance fees will higher that Tenderfield? Tenderfield maintenance fee tentatively is RM0.10 per sq ft.

100% agreed. I'm one of the buyer of SHL Sg Long windsor project. Once VP, they totally washed hand. Hence, I never want to buy from them again doh.gif
