BBW principle is very simple, Semenyih project all rubbish project, only have flippers and nobody willing to stay. Some one need 2.5 hours to travel to KLCC during peak hour and that's why this place is a ghost town.

All those commercial activity in vicinity, such as tesco, McD, KFC, pizza hut, old town, domino, secret recipe, etc only serving ghosts and not human...

Doom Kor, the roundabout at SEH cannot beat the one from EM. Still SPS tried to do something... at least they try.

Just there are too scarce of land available for landed especially in prime area. To offset the price, they have no choice to take condo instead...

RM 700-800k I think the condo should be 1000-1200 sq ft, KL in terms outside city but bearing KL address like Setapak, Kuchai Lama, Bkt Jalil and etc maybe.

I think he means opposite EMSO, not EM site.
