Yes, tentatively, was infrmd that the Northern part of the Marryland is going to open first before the Southern part.

For those who yet to visit EMSO to view the master plan, the middle path entrance via garden with waster features, it separated the North and South into 2 halves.

If not mistaken, North half would only consists Type 8A ( 20x70 ) and 8C ( 22x70 ) while all 4 types available for the half of South. Type 8B ( 20x75 ) is very minimal units / rowdy and near the main entrance. While, I believe majority of the 8D ( 22x75 ) also located at the same good location, esp facing garden.

For those who missed out on good corners at Cradleloin due to land oversize or etc, the dream is alive as developer trying to work out something different this time. Tentatively again, all corners would be extras 2'ft width ( ex. 8A for corner would be 22x70 instead of 20x70 before additional land )

On the Marshmallow, the Precinct is too huge ( probably the biggest one among all Precincts based on current master plan ) and I expected the developer would cut it into 2 halves again, but whether it would be share the same perimeter, it is yet to be confirm.

However, I m more eager to know more of the commie, The Silver Square. I believe this would be much hotter than the Cradle-loin and even Gently brew with the catalysts being the only commie areas which potentially serve half of the Eco Majestic precincts in next 5-8 years, one of the lowest selling price for newly launch shop-lots in whole KV and entry level much comfortable for majority commie players and also the number of numbers of commies to ride on business on each other plus upcoming mall.
