if subsales and bank loans they will require.. incase you dispute in future you dunnop the T&C..

if you dont sign in subsales case (very rare ones but possible) they might change the contents of the S&P, like a page to page.. alter some terms like VP and etc..

developers normally nope, may at most change some percentage of LAD clause, but SP setia wont gua..

Wah got this issue as well in semenyih... mostly chinese or upper middle class areas irregardless of races.. those prop will enjoy increament.. otherwise

if they really those areas dont think fence can stop them.. kind of generalization even mahkota cheras got problems like utar student got rape kill robberry and etc.. improved a lot di..mb the risk is higher in quiet place and mix class population area

really amazed about the forumers in this particular topic.. constant praising of property and justification of the price, if one feels the developers price are hard to swallow/ kind of suspicious, think about the flipping price...

it is all in, either I lose badly for condemning this project, or otherwise..

market is not good out there... this ship that has been boarded going to see a lot of iceberg in front..
