QUOTE(briantwj @ Aug 11 2014, 02:17 PM) well. Look at the bright side, at least it's just the charger and extension problem. If ur PC and mi3 kena sure gg, nid to spend money to buy new phone again. Coz I think warranty will not cover for this type of situation. can we use 2.1A ipad2 charger too?Time to buy a new charger and extension. Btw, u can use 2A charger to charge ur mi3 too, will charge slightly faster. But iinm, Mi3 max can accept 1.5A input only. It will auto regulate to 1.5A when charging ur Mi3. I'm using my Nexus 7 2A charger to charge my Mi3, did notice that it charges a bit faster compared to the stock charger. |

QUOTE(viqq @ Aug 15 2014, 12:18 AM) Oh.. Finally back in Malaysian v14 rom. Dev rom was fun. Decided to stop fiddling with roms flashing before my nand flash and battery wears down due to the frequency of flashing. I flash about one or two times per day, trying out various roms. I think I still prefer the Malaysian stable rom overall. how to get back from dev rom to stable rom? |

QUOTE(Cavino @ Aug 18 2014, 02:55 PM) Seriously, if it was damage, you're screwed. If you can' use a wire or something to press the pin down, its best to send to Xiaomi Official SC to ask for help. They can do it without damaging your sim pin and retaining the warranty. I think simple solution is not to use the damn adapter lol either use full size sim or micro sim thts it. If you got nano sim go get it changed from ur network service provider. I would rather not risk using adapter seeing that Xiaomi already provides you two different kinds of sim trays. hmm. |

QUOTE(jokeserv @ Aug 23 2014, 03:19 AM) Guys wanna ask is there a way to bypass the miui browser. Right now when I click Google maps link or YouTube link it loads into miui browser. Any help? Looking to find solution for this too. I prefer Chrome. I see in app manager can uninstall the browser. Is it safe to do so? Will I still be able to recover it if I do factory reset? |

QUOTE(wilsonphua @ Aug 25 2014, 04:41 PM) Guys, a question here regarding Xiaomi powerbank 10400mah. I've been charging my new powerbank for almost 1 hour using my laptop. But it still stuck at second level. Is it normal or my powerbank is faulty? laptop? LOL. that's hardly 0.5A Use a 2A charger LG G2 charger or I pad 2 charger. It will take 4 hours to charge zero to full then. It's an original Xiaomi powerbank which i got from flash sales. If its faulty, throw away dy zzz |
