It is not only the fault of the HR ministry but also the business community that want cheap labour, which gave rise to this situation. Apparently, I'm not surprised if the situation is the same in Singapore. I do agree that the HR ministry should take the first step to address this, but this also requires a change of mindset among the business community and the public at large. |
