Guru say this project sell 600psf for small unit totally undervalued, at least 700psf to be exact..what do you think?

If MRT3 really interchange here how much do you think reasonable? Guru say 600psf undervalued if interchange really here, can up to 700psf minimum as there is no interchange below this price

The LRT definitely adds a lot of value to the property, but the surroundings is still a concern. 600psf is still on the high side for me, I was contemplating about getting this project two years back, but didn't go with it due to the pricing.

Given it is walking distance to the MRT station.... Btw I am also targeting the speculated Ayer Panas/ Semarak MRT 3 station....

Only heard Eco Sanctuary before, maybe soon will come out Sky Ardence, Sky Grandeur, Sky Forest or Sky Majestic these kind of name tongue.gif

It seems like every construction I passed by en-route to vaccination today is still ongoing though!? Unio, Duta Park and the Met near Mont Kiara.

MITI simply approve lots of non-essential biz now. Social media flooding with complaint on that, a few friends I know also feedback to me they're being forced to work though their biz is clearly non-essential, but their companies/bosses manage to get approval from MITI

Even at 600 psf i personally think is hard to justify.... Mostly due to surrounding area. At 600psf i would rather look into something else.... Just my 2 cent.
