MRT 3 project might get green light as well. See the news. 1 station is reportedly to be interchange with sentul timur LRT. Hope it materialised.

Developer subsidise installment for 2 - 3 years depending on unit size.
The agent told me for type A, C,D 3 years subsidy around 800- 1500 monthly.
Type B 800 monthly for 2 years.

But price i think a bit high. Around 550 psqft for mid floor. Dontknow if it worth to buy

but i wish leasehold property could be less than 550psf at least. haha

still deciding whether or not to proceed.

but that the thing. location wise Sky Meridien FTW cant argue with that. With possible MRT3 being built nearby could increase the value up in the future. but i dont really take MRT3 into account until it finally materialised.

Nearby tasek titiwangsa, nearby the reach, nearby YTL project. at least meridien is surrounded with well established highend condo. even though the surrounding area say otherwise.

Anyway is it true for leasehold condo if bought by bumi, can only sell later to bumi also kah? heard people said bout it. but donno whether its true

Even at 600 psf i personally think is hard to justify.... Mostly due to surrounding area. At 600psf i would rather look into something else.... Just my 2 cent.
