I believe the data is not updated, it's the same since last year when I looked into it. I guess they haven't updated it yet.

Does anyone know the current progress of the construction.? The website has not been updated since end June

No thanks to Lim Lip Eng's 64-land plot corruption list which included this project when the whole saga started right after PH's win in GE14 (2018) and the following MACC investigations that came after that. Tan Kok Wai (Cheras MP) was the originator of this list years before, tho.

Just to put things into perspective as to why its construction is impacted. It only recently gained traction middle of last year after those land plots are cleared by MACC.

The latest images taken today, it's obvious they have increased their speed...quite a diffrence from photos just a 2-3 weeks ago. Not concerned about speed. Just build it with quality.

PSA: Phone photography while driving is dangerous. Camera was held by passenger from driver angle for better view but i still consider not safe.

What the... That's an additional two floors!

As they say... Facilities floor take the longest time... Then from there... Residential floors will just zoom up from here.

Dev's motivation : The faster they complete / reach a higher floor, the more money they can request from the banks

Can finished on time? It's nearing end of October. Remaining time 14 months to go before expiry. Nw only at 9th or 10th floor

Actually, if u see most developments forum in here, the pattern is, during piling and initial hype..forum very active..then when start building goes quiet and not so active, when it reaches halfway will become bit active..then when topped off active again.... The ones which are constantly lively are the ones with high dense/ mix dev mega projects (over 1k is already high dense for me) because more owners... or Rumah WIP ... the med/low dense/premium projects less than 800 units usually very quiet unless got some big issue...

As for the delay, many projects with the same delivery period are behind schedule due to Covid-19 this year...Let them build it properly..if late they will have to pay penalty (unless got some kind of virus loophole im not sure about)..Just relax and admire your house coming to life..I always get a sense of excitement because it's for own stay..diff feeling compared to investment property haha...
