been staying at this area my whole lives. Just some opinion:
malay+ indian area. so if you do not cook, there is no chinese food for you. One primary school, Chong Hwa is nearby, walking distance but the road condition is not pedestrian friendly. Yes, YTL projects is further up. This project is surrounded by low cost flats, again mostly malays. hospitals and UTC is nearby, a mature communities. new projects eko titiwangsa is nearby (not sure the price), the reach titiwangsa psf is below RM 550 psf but at night, I am not sure if 30% of the floor light switch on at night. personally, this price is not cheap in this area. Scenaria, Villa Crystal and Anjali at North Kiara (a.k.a. Bukit Segambut) and The Establishment in Brickfields are a few examples of such places. |
