I got a friend stays there.

he also said the flats will be demolished and they will be compensated with another unit......

so far he is still living in the flat.

Depends on flats there are self owned or owned by gov or some organisation.

I have a friend stays there. He already received notice to move. But he said he rented there only.

I did check with him again.

he said got option to get a brand new unit (didn't ask if needed to top up) or get compensated and moved out.

These crime fellas don't eat and #&#& in the same place Like an old timer said to me, 'the nearer you are to these areas the less chance of being robbed because they probably live in the same area tongue.gif . '

Not proven but does make u think doesn't it?? Either way, there's no science to safer areas. U can get robbed right next to police station also like what's happening near Danau Kota Uptown market Pondok police on a regular basis and that is a mid-income area. Gated communities are safer...and isn't that what large premium condo projects are anyway? Great discussion btw guys. Love the points mentioned.

Expensive or not, if there is demand, there will be expensive price.

Look at sentul, so close to kl cbd but what happens to the price? If its so safe n secure, the price would move up at par if not exceeding kampung kerinchi no?

Why is sentul still launching so many affordable homes?

To be fair...capers and fennels totally different grades fron the affordable range....

Maybe they cant sell 700 to 800psf now...but definitely wont be at par w uoa maxim n mahsing.
